Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on September 11, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju Women’s Prison on September 2, 2016. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on September 11, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Prison on December 21, 2016. The Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On April 13, 2017, the Defendant received G and philopon in a way that, at around 16:30 to 17:00 on April 13, 2017, the non-explosion of Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine in the Defendant’s dwelling in the Daegu-gu Office, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant received G and philopon by means of inserting the non-exponed volume of Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) into a single injection machine for use, dilution with aquatic water, and dilution into a me

(2) On April 14, 2017, the Defendant received the volume of G and phiphones from the Defendant’s residence near Daegu Dong-gu around 14:00, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1)(1) above, at the Defendant’s residence near Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu. In the same manner as described in paragraph (1)(1).

B. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the inside of the Defendant’s residence located in the 1st floor of Daegu hydro-gu, Daegu, 2017, and inserting philophones into the Defendant’s arms.

On September 18, 2017, at around 10:54 on September 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 1.67 gylphones in white bags at the places indicated in the above 1-B (B); (b) kept the Defendant’s handphones in white bags; and (c) carried the penphones.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 19:00 on September 17, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the places described in paragraph (b) above, 0.05g on a single-use basis, dilution them into the Defendant’s arms, and injection them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On September 18, 2017, the Defendant, holding a penphone or marijuana, is a vinyl of approximately 9.28gh and approximately 0.04g g of marijuana at the places indicated in paragraph (b) above, around 10:54, at around 10:54.
