A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2016, at around 03:20 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license for a car, driven Bone Star or Cargo Vehicle from approximately 2 km to the road in front of the Jinnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Sungnam-gu, as well as the 208 front road.
