Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 on December 20, 2006 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu metropolitan support on December 206, and a fine of KRW 700,000 on August 25, 2008 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On March 20, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.083% on blood alcohol content on March 23:13, 2015, and operated approximately KRW 1 k-meter road on the street in front of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, in accordance with the same Gu’s mountain content in front of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.
