A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

In light of the records of this case, there is no obstacle to the defendants' exercise of their right to defense, and the basic facts were appropriately revised to the same extent.

D is a person who operates the repair work of Oral Ba in the name of "F" in the area E in Suwon-si.
