Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not substantially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the following facts charged are organized and recognized as follows:

At around 03:50 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E (33 years of age) who was a policeman belonging to the military police station D District Unit of the Military Police Station that was dispatched after receiving 112 a report that the Defendant was wraped with the wounded; (b) committed assault against the police officer who was duly performing duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime; and (c) committed assault against the victim at the same time when the victim’s face is separated from the wounded and the Defendant; and (d) committed assault against the police officer who was duly performing duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime at the same time, who was in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
