B On May 20, 2015, the Daejeon District Court sentenced the two-year suspended sentence to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Occupational Authority, etc.), which became final and conclusive on May 28, 2015.

Defendant

A was a person working at the Korea Transportation Safety Authority from Jun. 18, 1990 to Aug. 17, 200, and from Jun. 22, 2010 to Oct. 1, 2012, “F”, a comprehensive automobile maintenance business entity located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, as a chief automobile inspector. From Oct. 4, 2012 to Oct. 4, 2012, “H,” a comprehensive automobile maintenance business entity located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, as the chief automobile inspector. Defendant B is a actual representative of the said “H”, a comprehensive automobile maintenance business entity from Nov. 19, 207 to Oct. 21, 201, and Defendant C is a person who operated the automobile inspection as a comprehensive automobile maintenance business entity in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, as well as Defendant D’s agent.

1. Interference with business;

(a) Where the owner of a motor vehicle intends to modify matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, such as the length, width, height, body, and goods loading device of the motor vehicle structures and devices of the motor vehicle owner, he/she shall obtain approval for the alteration of structures and devices in advance from the injured party to the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, and, in cases of a motor vehicle capable of loading at least one ton of cargo, the registered comprehensive motor vehicle maintenance business owner, in cases of a registered motor vehicle maintenance business owner, in cases of a small motor vehicle maintenance business operator, or a comprehensive motor vehicle maintenance business operator, after completing the alteration of structures and devices in accordance with the above approval, submit relevant documents, such as a certificate of completion of the alteration of structures and devices, to the motor vehicle inspection agent

A defendant has already altered the structure without obtaining approval for alteration of the structure of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.
