[2012 Highest 4112] Defendant C

1. On May 2012, the Defendant received a proposal to purchase a mobile phone from G police officers from G and decided to purchase a mobile phone from G.

The Defendant knowingly purchased a mobile phone with knowledge of the theft of G in order to assist him in the larceny, thereby aiding and abetting G thief by facilitating the crime.
