For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court maintained the first instance court that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of the relevant crime.

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
