1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,300,000 and its amount shall be 6% per annum from December 27, 2014 to October 26, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Description of Claim

On July 18, 2013, the Plaintiff received a contract for electrical construction contract from the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 85,800,000 (including value-added tax) among the construction works for the new construction of the ground factory B at Eansan-si, and completed the said construction work on December 26, 2014.

The Plaintiff received a total of KRW 28,500,000 from the Defendant until 2016 of the construction cost.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 57,300,000 (=85,800,000 - KRW 28,500,000) and the damages for delay calculated by the annual rate of 6% per annum prescribed by the Commercial Act from December 27, 2014 to October 26, 2018, which is obviously a delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, from the date following the due date to the date of repayment.
