1. The Defendant’s KRW 17,865,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 23, 2017 to February 13, 2018.
Reasons
1. From September 7, 2010 to April 20, 2012, the Plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 28,500,000 to the Defendant, 2% per month of interest rate, and without setting the due date.
The defendant did not pay the money stated in the purport of the claim without paying only a part of the loan principal and interest.
2. Determination
