If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:40 on October 12, 2012, the Defendant driven a BOstun car under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the 2km section of approximately 0.161% of blood alcohol content to the front of the original station located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-dong 410-7 of the same day from the 23:55 on the same day.
