Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on November 19, 2012, the Defendant driven BEX car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1 0.074% from the 1km section from the roads in front of the chemical fluence in Seocho-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-si to the front roads of the original station located in 64 U.S., Sungdong-dong.
