Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:55 on March 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven a Cp rocketing car at the section of about 2 km from Dobong-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, up to the 2km distance front of the office of the vehicle owner at the end of 203 (Seoul, Gangnam-gu).

2. On March 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, around 05:5, 2012, the Defendant neglected to perform his/her duty to stop in the front, while driving a car as described in paragraph 1 at the speed of 40 to 50km from the west-gu Seoul Forest end at the speed of 40 km from the west-gu Seoul Forest end, Seoul, while driving the car at the speed of 40 to 50 km, and was driven by the victim D (the 65 years old, south) who was in the signal atmosphere at the front of the vehicle.

As a result, the defendant suffered a shoulder and a straw of the arms that should be treated for three weeks by the victim.
