A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four years for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Busan District Court, with a prison labor for a period of three years, and the same year.

3.3. The ruling becomes final and conclusive and currently during the suspension of execution.

1. Damage to property;

A. On July 2012, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s house located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) took the victim’s bath without any special reason while under the influence of alcohol, and destroyed the victim’s market price in front of the victim’s house, which was 10,000 won in front of the victim’s house.

B. Around 08:00 on September 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s house gate that the victim kids around the victim’s house located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on the grounds that the victim’s dog kis off; and (b) the victim’s house gate that the market price cannot be ascertained; and (c) caused damage to the victim’s house gate gates and reading center gates to fall off.

2. Interference with business;

A. From around 12:00 on August 26, 2012 to 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim from “I” operated by the victim in Busan J of the Busan of the Republic of Korea from around 12:0 to 12:30 on the day; (b) on the ground that he refused the demand; (c) provided a bath that he had the victim; and (d) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by forcing the customers who were in the restaurant to go on the restaurant floor of the restaurant.

B. On August 27, 2012, from around 09:00 on the same day to around 09:10 on the same day, the Defendant demanded the victim to go to the store operated by the victim located in Busanjin-gu, Busan, but the victim refused to go to take a bath and had been displayed at the shop, then the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as the number of copies taken from the launch on the floor, and thereby obstructing the victim’s business operation by force.

3. Around 15:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant is at the office of the Victim K located in Busan Jin-gu.
