If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2012, from around 18:00 to around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant stolen the victim C of the sixth floor of the department store located in the central Dong of Jung-gu, Busan from around 18:00, from around December 1, 2012, at the “D” clothing store, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 139,000 and KRW 245,000 at the market price.
