Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On 15:00 on 15:00 on 2013, the Defendant discovered a gallon-2 (32G, white) smartphone in the market value of the victim C (30 years of age) at B-si operated by himself/herself in the sular road located in the Shin-dong of Busan City, which is equivalent to KRW 1080,00,000, in cleaning the gallon-2 (32G, and white).

The defendant stolen the above smartphone without receiving the victim's phone call.

B. On June 18, 2013, at around 16:02, the Defendant discovered that the victim D (or, 48 years of age) boarding the front seat in the “B” taxi operated by himself/herself in front of his/her department store was seated in the seat of 1,00,000 won at the market price, and that the Defendant opened the case, opened one lot, connected to the credit card and one lot, connected to the credit card and the case, was able to steal it.

After confirming the fact that the victim was not a mobile phone, the defendant was stolen from the damage amounting to the above amount without receiving the phone.

2. On June 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased the amount equivalent to KRW 68,880,00 in total from the victim (or (or (or) F of the city) in the Busan Young-do, Busan, the sum of KRW 15,480,00 in the market price; (b) one “Ming 3,600” in the market price around 16:18 on the same day; (c) one “Ming 3,600, the market price of KRW 49,80,00 in total; and (d) one “Ying 49,800” in the market price of KRW 68,880,00 in total; and (d) purchased the DNA owned by G, as the Defendant’s card; and (e) used the credit card on two occasions in total, signed and issued the sales slip.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained property benefits equivalent to 68,880 won in total, and used stolen credit cards twice.
