A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:45 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant driven B Poter truck while under the influence of alcohol content of about 20 meters from the 20-meter section to the roads in front of the Kando Saemaul Community Depository, the 292-39-6 of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Republic of Korea, for approximately 0.107% of alcohol content.

2. 상해 피고인은 위 일시 및 장소에서 위 화물차에서 내린 후 피해자 C(47세)이 앞서 가진 술자리에서 기분 나쁘게 하였다는 이유로 손으로 피해자의 얼굴을 때리고, 같이 나뒹굴어 피해자에게 28일간의 치료를 요하는 치아동요 등의 상해를 가하였다

On December 18, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a e-mail vehicle in a section of about 250 km from the front road of the Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si, which is located in 343-24, to the front road of the Geumyang-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, with the driver’s license at around 07:0 on December 18, 2013, to the front road of the said Geumyang-si, 17:40km on the same day after going through the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si and Yang-si.
