A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. An automobile registration number plate in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall not be detached, except in cases where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do governor or where there are special provisions in other Acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around April 21, 2016, was lacking the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, and at the parking lot of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Science and Technology High School, Seongbuk-ro 196 Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendant removed the front registration number plate of the F Kanchek-si owned by the Defendant without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.

2. Around April 21, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties, on the grounds that the Defendant: (a) was subject to the control on the ground that he was fluored by a slope I belonging to the HH department of the Seoul Gwanak-gu Police Station H department, Seoul, over which traffic control was conducted; (b) the Defendant fluordding the central line and fluoring the said knife vehicle.

In the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, the Defendant: (a) got off the left hand so that he does not drive the said knife with the driver’s seat so that he can not drive the knife in the future; (b) obstructed the part of the front left part of the driver’s seat in order to prevent him from driving the knife with the above knife; and (c) resisted the Defendant by driving the above knife which is a dangerous object,

Accordingly, I, on the 19:20th day of the same day, killed the Defendant’s seat on the patrol, getting on the patrol, and obstructed the Defendant’s above seat on the front side of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and demanded the Defendant to leave his seat on several occasions.

However, when the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, the Defendant refused to comply with this, followed the speed of the above knee, followed the knee of the knee, followed the knee of the knee, followed the knee of the knee, followed the knee of the knee of the knee-knee in the process.
