The punishment of the accused shall be determined by four months of imprisonment and a fine of 60,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:00 on June 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, and (b) had assaulted the victim on the part of the victim on the ground that, in order to ask the amount charged at Egas filling stations located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant considered that the Defendant’s attitude of the victim F (the age 24) of the driver’s seat of the vehicle driven by the Defendant was to prevent the occurrence and the loss; and (c) requested the victim to die, on the other hand, on the ground that the victim’s attitude does not appear in mind.

2. The Defendant, in the state of lack of the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a stimulative disorder, passed the center left-hand side of the road by entering the 26-lane cultural street in front of the said coffee shop in the south-dong of Gwangju-gu, by driving a G bargaining car around August 21, 2014, in order to turn to the left-hand side of the said cultural street beyond the opposite lane from the 3-lane of the said cultural street street to the 26-lane of the said cultural street.

3. Around September 16, 2014, the Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, and around 14:25, around September 16, 2014, at Samsung Fire Compensation Center located in Samsung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that the Defendant erred in dealing with insurance to the victim H (n, 33 years of age) who is an employee of the said center, and caused damage to the victim’s face and back water for 14 days.

4. When the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a stimulative disorder, the Defendant is entitled to compensate for the said center at the date and place specified in the foregoing three paragraphs.
