A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is a person who operates the "D Game Center" on the 2th floor of Suwon-si, Suwon-si C, and the defendant A is an employee of the above D Game Center.

1. No one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (referring to points, premiums, virtual currency used in a game and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree) acquired through the use of game water by a person who uses such game products for business purposes;

Nevertheless, from around 00:00 on July 4, 2016 to around 00:30 on July 7, 2016, the Defendant established 40 game machine for “alley flag game”, which was rated as a whole use in operating the said D Game, and provided for the use of many and unspecified customers, and exchanged customers with the points acquired as a result of the game at an amount excluding 10% of commission from the points acquired as a result of the game by customers.

2. Defendant A: (a) at the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant assisted and abetted B’s transfer of money by providing drinking water to customers while working as an employee of the said D Game Center in order to assist customers in the exchange of points obtained through the use of game water; and (b) exchanging points in cash.
