A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 2, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gangnam Prison on August 12, 2016.

1. On August 13, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) around August 21, 2016, when the victim D operated in the East Sea C around the main point of “E” operated by the victim D at the time of the East Sea; (b) the Defendant opened a door to which the victim was unable to correct the gaps in management due to his/her leaving his/her business after completing his/her business, and opened the door to the other main points; and (c) intrudes into the inside of the said main points; and (d) stored the beer and ju, which were stored in the air conditioning, in a certified plastic plastic bag.

Since then, when the Defendant was found to have a place to drink alcoholic beverages, he was unable to drink alcoholic beverages by putting the stolen beer and black plastic bags containing the same as above on hand, and then placing the alcoholic beverages contained therein on his hand, the Defendant opened the entrance at around 22:48 on the same day, and opened the entrance at around the same day, and put the beer and the beer, which were in the air conditioners, into a certified plastic bag.

As a result, the Defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victimized person at night, and stolen 33 Macju and 1 Macjus over a total of 118,500 won market price owned by the injured person.

2. On August 17, 2016, in front of the F building in the East Sea, at around 14:50 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim G in a cresh in front of the F building; and (b) destroyed the victim’s market price, which was 80,000 won in the victim’s possession.
