A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for special larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on September 3, 201. On November 29, 2011, the Defendant was released on August 14, 2012 and the period of parole was expired on September 28, 2012 while the said suspended sentence was invalidated and the said sentence became final and conclusive.

1. On November 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) and the Act on Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation: (a) driven a vehicle of C New XG that was not mandatory insurance without a driver’s license; (b) proceeded with one lane in front of the Korean Depository, which is a Daejeon Middle-gu Daeungdong, with a middle-gu Daeungdong; (c) go through the middle-gu Cheongdong, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu; (d) without a driver’s license, by thoroughly operating the steering steering system of the vehicle in front and accurately operating the steering steering system of the vehicle, without a driver’s license, while neglecting the duty of care to prevent the accident in advance; and (e) neglected to perform the duty of care to prevent the accident; and (e) neglected to perform the duty of care to prevent the accident, and (e) caused the passenger FF (FF) by taking the back of the right wing taxi of the vehicle into front of the left.

2. At the same time and place, the Defendant sent a phone call to G, who was involved in the traffic investigation at the Daejeon Middle Police Station, and asked G to receive a false investigation as he/she caused a traffic accident on his/her behalf.

G With knowledge of the fact that the defendant committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, G is an offender G by attending as the transportation investigation office of the Daejeon Middle Police Station with the consent of the request and making a false statement to the Inspector H as the driver who caused the above traffic accident, and receiving a drinking test after presenting the driving license.
