A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged was corrected ex officio to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's defense right.

1. Around July 18, 2015, the Defendant driven a D-benz car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.124% without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on the roads of the Songpa-ro Seoul 75 New Elementary School, Songpa-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was driven by the said vehicle while drunk on the same date and time as set forth in Paragraph 1, while proceeding the front road of the 75 new elementary school, Songpa-gu Seoul, Song-ro, Seoul, to the private distance from the river basin, and turn to the left at the police hospital at the intersection of the new elementary school distance.

The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, could not give a front door properly, and the Defendant neglected the front door signal while unable to properly operate the steering direction and operation system, and proceeded to turn to the left, and did not find a F 3 cargo vehicle driven by the injured party E (the aged 60) who was the injured party E (the aged 60) and received the front part of the said cargo vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered the above victim from an open frame at the bottom of the light frame which requires approximately 18 weeks medical treatment.

3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud is driving a Doz car in the state of drinking and non-exclusive license at the time and place stated in paragraph (1).

As above, G agreed with G to accept an accident as if it was caused by an accident while driving the said vehicle while driving the vehicle in order to handle the traffic accident and the vehicle insurance.

At around 10:25 of the same day, the defendant is the representative of a corporation which owns the defendant's mother H and his son and benz car in collusion with G.
