On July 22, 2017, the Defendant driven approximately 100 meters from the day before the restaurant in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 12th day before the same Gu transmission road, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.155% during blood transfusion on July 2, 2017.
