A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than nine months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a D wing-off truck without obtaining a driver’s license for a section of about 4 km from the coast road in the fixed east at a time to the front of the Defendant’s residence in the same city C from the coast road in the same city at a time to the east of the same city.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been mandatory insurance;
