A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 21, 2007, the Defendant has the history of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.057% of blood alcohol, 0.074% of blood alcohol concentration on June 10, 2009, and 0.144% of blood alcohol concentration on January 18, 2012.

On October 4, 2012, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven Cpoter cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from the coast road located in the luminous death log in common, to the roads located in the same city-free dong to the 3km cafeteria, and driving Cpoter cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.116%.

B. At around 08:40 on November 19, 2012, the Defendant, from the front of a cafeteria in the mutual influence-dong, 08:40, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 2 km from the front of the cafeteria in the common fluence-dong to the front of the fixed quantity signal at the same time, driven a DNA-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.098%.

2. On October 4, 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around October 23:35, 2012, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by giving his/her name and his/her resident registration number “I” to a person who is requested to produce a brea driver’s license from a slope belonging to the F District Unit of the Tong-gu Police Station F District of the Tong-gu Police Station, in relation to the drinking operation as stated in paragraph (1) of Article 1.

3. On October 5, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 00:02, at the F District of the Tong-gu Police Station in Tong-si, Tong Young-si, the Defendant entered “H” in the column of the driver’s name of the part of the detection report stating “I confirm that the above contents are true and inaccurate, and sign and seal is affixed,” in order to obtain a report on the detection of the driver from sloping G, including the date, time, place, method, and result, etc. of the driving of the driving of the driving of the sloping G; and (b) continuously affixed to the sloping driver’s report stating the date, time, venue, results of the measurement, the situation at the time of detection.
