1. The Defendant’s KRW 115,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from March 11, 2014 to January 25, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 15,00,000 won with 5% interest per annum from March 11, 2014 to January 25, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the defendant is so decided as per Disposition.
