1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from April 1, 2017 to May 15, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. On March 7, 2017, the Plaintiff determined that KRW 40,000,000 due date was March 31, 2017 and lent to the Defendant.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40,000,000 won with the amount calculated by each of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from April 1, 2017 to May 15, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
