1. Defendant C: The Plaintiff

A. Among the 455 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si E-si and forest land, each point of which is indicated in the attached Form 10, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and 10.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 5, 2019, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land of Pyeongtaek-si E and 455 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. A building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) in which Defendant C resides with Defendant D and his father, who is his husband, after completing the registration of ownership transfer on October 26, 1993, is located with each point of 10, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and 10, among the instant land, connected each point of 8, 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, 8-4, 8-5, and 8 in sequence, each point of (i) the size of the portion of the instant land is 10 square meters and 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, 8-4, 8-5, and 9, 9-1, 9-2, 9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-6, 9-7, and 9.
