1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 370,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from May 26, 2017 to the date of maturity after the delivery to the Defendant of a copy of the instant complaint seeking payment of KRW 370 million in total and KRW 250 million in total, respectively, to the Defendant, as of March 26, 2015, and KRW 250 million in April 13, 2015.
2. Article 207 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
