A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(e).

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 1997, the defendant is married with the victim C (n, 46 years of age) on September 18, 1997, and there was a complaint against the non-compact victim, and there was frequent dispute with the victim on religious issues.

1. The Defendant’s assault,

A. On August 17, 201, at around 21:00, the Defendant’s vehicle set up in the Daejeon Sung-gu D apartment parking lot: (a) assaulted the victim on his/her hand floor when he/she met the victim’s head when: (a) he/she was unable to see that he/she saw him/herself as his/her refusal to do so; and (b) he/she saw him/herself when he/she met the victim’s head; (c)

B. From October 201, the Defendant and the victim’s house located in the above D apartment 207 dong 303 around 201 assaulting the victim by taking several steps on the ground that the victim does not clean up properly;

(c) around December 201, 201:

In the same place as in Paragraph 1, the victim assaultsd the victim by gathering the victim's fluor on the ground that the victim did not know of his home banking card, and attempted to injure the victim;

(d) around 06:30 on January 30, 2012:

At the same place as in paragraph 1, the victim assaulted the victim by making a boomed boom with the victim’s head fright, on the ground that the victim was willing to move the frighter and the church;

E. Bad March 23, 2012

In the same place as in the preceding paragraph, the victim is placed at the victim's inquiry into the grounds for withdrawing KRW 20 million from the victim, and the victim is placed on the floor of the ward, and the victim is strokeed by strokes;

(f) around 22:00 on November 22, 2013

In such places as referred to in subsection (1), assaults the victim by taking time the victim's head on the ground that there have been a large number of mobile phone rates of the children;

G. On December 5, 2013, around 17:30, the Defendant’s car operating from the Jeonju to the Daejeon Highway is running from the Daejeon Highway, and the Victim’s head was on the ground that the Victim changed his living cost.
