A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for the commission of indecent act by force in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on July 11, 2008, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and nine months due to robbery, injury, etc. on July 19, 2008 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 19, 2008, and the said suspended sentence was terminated on September 1, 2010.

1. Lineal violence:
