Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2010, the Defendant is a person who has been engaged in real estate development business for 30 years in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel.

There is a lack of funds to develop the D Land of Gangwon-gun.

As the development has reached a large amount of money, 30 million won was loaned out of the development project fund, and 30 million won was purchased and sold and repaid immediately.

However, the above land was set up with the maximum amount of KRW 152,60,000 at the time, and the Defendant was planned to purchase the above land with E, F, and did not have any funds of KRW 500,000 necessary for the development and construction of the above land. If the above land was developed and sold, the aforementioned land did not have any intent or ability to repay the debt even if it was difficult to expect profits from the victims because it was difficult to expect profits.
