A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On November 21, 2018, at around 08:18, the Defendant driven an E-wing freight vehicle without a driver's license from the near C-W to the front road of D apartment complex approximately 1 km away from the Jung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
