1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B delivers all 7.22 square meters of the two floors among the buildings listed in the attached Table list, and (2) 1,000,000 won.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 16, 199, the Plaintiff and Defendant B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 2,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 150,000, monthly rent of KRW 150,00, and the term of lease from November 16, 199 to November 16, 201 (hereinafter “instant one lease agreement”).

Under the instant one lease contract, Defendant B paid the Plaintiff KRW 2,00,000 as lease deposit, and obtained the delivery of the instant one building, and has been occupied and used until now.

B. On October 30, 200, the Plaintiff and D entered into a lease agreement with D, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 2,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 150,000, and the lease term of two years (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

Pursuant to the instant two lease contract, D paid KRW 2,00,000 to the Plaintiff, and was occupied and used by delivery of the instant two buildings, and died in around 2015. Since then, Defendant C, the wife of D, succeeded to the lessee status of the instant two lease contract, and has been occupying and using the instant two buildings until now.

C. Although the instant contract for the first and second lease was explicitly renewed, Defendant B was in arrears with a total of KRW 1,500,000 until July 15, 2018. In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the statements Nos. 8 and 9, up to June 30, 2018, Defendant C was in arrears with a total of KRW 4,700,000,000,000 as of June 30, 2018, the sum of the rents in arrears by Defendant C as of November 30, 2017 as of the date of the settlement of accounts in 2017 was KRW 4,40,000,000,000 deposited by Defendant C to E, a member of the Plaintiff Development Committee, as of November 15, 2017, Defendant C was in arrears with a total of KRW 600,000,000,000.
