Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2014, at around 23:30 on November 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report of 112 that he used the Defendant to assault the said main employee; and (b) requested G police officers belonging to the F District Unit of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station, Seoul to directly check his resident registration certificate; (c) but refused to check the said main employee’s resident registration certificate; (d) subsequently, he saw G to “I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
