Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On June 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 09:05, and driven the three-lanes of 976-gil 22 and the front two-lanes, as the border water in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, toward the direction of the border water shooting distance, at a speed that is impossible to identify one lane.
