A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-measures after an accident) (AF) driving a BK5-lane B as of April 20, 2013, and driving a four-lane BK on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle at the right side of the 5-lane C (34 years old) driving a vehicle at the right side of the 5-lane C (AF) driving by the Defendant, while driving a four-lane road at the right side of the Cheongcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at the right side of the said vehicle at the speed of the 5-lane CF, while neglecting the front side of the said vehicle at the right side of the said 5-lane CF, while driving the said vehicle at the right side of the said 5-lane or the left side of the said vehicle at the right side of the Defendant’s speed.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the victim C to suffer injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in the cream, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and caused the victim E to suffer injury to the victim I (the victim I, 41 years of age) who was on board the above E-cubs car in need of treatment for about two weeks of treatment, and at the same time caused the victim C to suffer injury to the above E-cubs or car owned by the victim C in need of treatment for about two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, damaged the repair cost of the said cubs or car owned by the victim E-owned by the victim E, the amount of KRW 5,151,50,05, and the cost of repairing the cubs car owned by the victim G and the amount of KRW 9,063,941, respectively.
