A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2015, at around 09:25, the Defendant: (a) provided D with a mobile phone and credit card in the instant singing room on the road located in Busan Northern District B; (b) provided D’s cell phone and credit card in the instant singing room; (c) provided D’s cell phone with a deduction of the Defendant’s bags; (d) sent to the Busan Northern Police Station E Zone, upon receipt of the report 112, the Defendant returned D’s home room to D with the Defendant, who was aboard the patrol to return D, and returned D’s home to the Defendant; and (e) carried the said F’s home with the Defendant’s hand aboard the patrol room one time in order to return D’s home, and (e) carried the said f’s ship with the Defendant’s hand aboard the said patrol at around 10 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on crime prevention.
