1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 22, 2017, D around July 17, 2017, the circumstances leading up to the accident and the relationship between the parties are as follows: D: A water play equipment in shape at the time of flight installed at the sea of the E beach No. 4 located in the area where the Defendant was established and managed at the Busan Suwon-gu (hereinafter “instant water play equipment”).

B. At the time of the accident, the location where the water play equipment of this case is installed is in front of the E Bath No. 4.
