A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On November 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.095% in blood around 01:27 on November 3, 2015, and led to turn to the right from the new falon from the edge of the water zone building to the new falon.

2. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (dwork of drinking), under the influence of alcohol content of 0.095% during blood, from the place mentioned in the above paragraph (1) to the 3rd apartment of the Han-si, Young-dong, Young-dong, Young-dong, Gan-dong, Young-si, Gan-dong, Gannam-dong, Gandong-dong, Gandong-dong, through the place mentioned in the above paragraph (1).
