Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From June 24, 2008 to June 10, 201, the Defendant is a person who served as the president of the Council of Representatives of Rental Housing Units of one Section (101 to 103 Dong Dong, 375 households) among the 826 households of Yangsan-si, the Defendant served as the president of the Council of Representatives of Rental Housing Units of the same Section (101 to 103 Dong, 375 households), and from January 2, 2013 to May 31, 2014, the Defendant served as the president of the Council of Representatives of Rental Housing Units of the above Section 1 Section (101 to 103 Dong, 375 households) of the said Section.

The above D Apartment Co., Ltd. started to reside with the tenant's temporary use approval of 101 to 103 dong units (101 to 103 dong units, 375 households) and continued to reside with approximately 90% of the two sections of construction (104 to 107 Dong units, 451 households) after the completion of the construction project on May 12, 2004 due to the financial shortage, and the tenant continued to reside with the tenant's temporary use approval of 1 to 25 dong units (2.1 to 25 dong units) from the creditors bank after the completion of the construction project on September 12, 1997, around 10 to 214 dong units (2.1 to 214 dong units, 101 to 25 dong units, 201 to 214 dong units, 201 to 25 dong units and 14.1 to 218 dong units.

1. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant drafted a standard contract for a housing construction supervision service (the third unit of extension) with the office of light certified architect and supervision service at the above D apartment management office.
