Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2014, at around 02:05, the Defendant demanded the alcohol at “Cju store” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, but the proprietor was at the end of the business and did not provide the alcohol. Therefore, the defendant suffered bodily injury such as tearing the right side of the above victim, etc.
