Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.103% during blood transfusion around 21:35, the Defendant driven Bystren motor vehicle at the 3km section of approximately 3km from the 97 tempian-ro, Guro-gu, Seoul to the front day of the road of the same Gu to the 1st-ro human body.
