On June 9, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 00:15, driven a rocketing motor vehicle at approximately 11 km from the parking lot of the Godae-ro Hospital located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 107-ro, Sinung-ro, Sinung-ro.
