1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s status 1) On June 7, 2007, each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant orchard”) (hereinafter “instant orchard”).

After that, the Plaintiff continued to grow shot trees in the greenhouse of this case.

3) The Defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of developing electric resources, and is an operator of the electric transmission business, electric distribution business, and electric sales business. (b) On June 7, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the use of agricultural power between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, etc., with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”). Around that time, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the use of agricultural power for cultivating fruit crops (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant, and from a telegraph station installed at a point less than 2 to 3 meters away from the instant vinyl house (hereinafter “the instant telegraph station”).
