A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of “D” established for the purpose of retail business in Gunsan-si C, and is the actual operator of “G” in the name of “G” on the E-1st underground floor in Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si.

No credit card merchant shall make a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant.

From November 1, 2013 to October 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed the card merchant terminal in the name of the said “D” in the said singing practice room; and (b) settled KRW 272,095,800 over 1512 times in total by credit card; and (c) traded by credit card in the name of another credit card merchant in the name of another credit card merchant.

The defendant of "2015 Highly 130" is the victim H (n, 36 years of age) and the person who is subject to restrictions from April 2014.

Around 05:00 on January 2, 2015, at the victim's house located in 05:00, the Defendant: (a) made a suspicion that the victim had met with another male and female; and (b) made the victim into the victim; (c) made the Defendant feel her hand with excessive (13cm in length on the knife) which is a dangerous thing in the main room; (d) made the Defendant’s ship her hand with another excessive (13cm in the knife length on the knife) which is a dangerous thing; and (e) took the Defendant’s ship her hand on his hand, the Defendant took the knife of the dangerous thing (21cm in total length on the knife) and took the Defendant’s ship on his hand; and (e) shown the Defendant’s attitude as seen earlier, she took the Defendant’s knife of the dangerous thing (21cm in total; and (e) took the Defendant’s knif.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
