Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 9, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) sent a sexual instrument or his/her body body photograph, etc. with each other by affixing the victim (hereinafter “victim 26 years of age”) and D; and (b) sent a sexual instrument or his/her body photograph, etc. using D; and (c) sent an obscene conversation in currency.

On November 11, 2018, around 00:52 on November 11, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim’s known body pictures sent by the female prior to the end, along with the phrase “I cannot know so far so far, she will have so far” to the victim, on the ground that the victim would not respond to dial-a-a-mail any longer, at the Defendant’s house located in Busan Shodong-gu, Busan, Busan, 00:52 on November 11, 2018, and threatened the victim.

B. On November 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s D account by blocking the Defendant’s D account; (b) opened the Defendant’s account under the name of the victim; (c) posted the victim’s occupation, height, and face on the account protocol; and (d) registered the phrase “necessary portion of photograph”.
