Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on February 25, 2016, and on July 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three months in imprisonment with labor for the same crime in the deputy branch of the Daegu District Court on July 29, 2016 and was sentenced to three months in the same crime, and was on June 12, 2017, and was not a narcotics handler.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On June 15, 2017, the Defendant received, without compensation, one disposable injection device from D, a part of the instant drugs, 0.05g of approximately 0.05g from Jinju-si, Jinju-si, where the Defendant received, from Jinju-si, the delivery of a single injection device, one of which falls under approximately 0.05g of a philopon (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

2. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) delivered and received 0.05g philopon to G on the street in the vicinity of “F” located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, at around 13:0 on June 16, 2017; and (b) delivered and received 0.05g philopon to G.

3. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant received, without compensation, a disposable injection device from D in the street in the vicinity of Jinju-si, Jinju-si, one of which falls under approximately 0.05 g of philopon from D, from January 14, 2018.

4. On January 16, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.05g of philopon from the street near “F” located in Jinju-si, Jin-si, on January 16, 2018, by delivering approximately 0.05g of philopon to G without compensation.

5. On June 2018, the Defendant received three disposable injection equipment (a total 0.15g philopon) from D in the street around Jinju-si, Jinju-si, with approximately 0.05g of philopon from D, from June 2018.

6. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to deliver KRW 1 million to D on July 1, 2018, in return for the promise to deliver KRW 1 million to D on the street near Jinju-si I, Jin-si; and (b) received approximately 5 g of phiphones from the Defendant.

7. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant, who committed a medication around July 1, 2018, injected approximately 0.05g of philopon in a single-use injection machine at Jinju-si around 22:00, and 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection instrument, and injected into the Defendant’s arms.
