Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-offendered Defendants were aware of the introduction of C to engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic, and Defendant B took part in the business of arranging sexual traffic. Defendant B took part in KRW 45 million necessary for the lease of officetels and the purchase of office fixtures, and Defendant A took part in the role of engaging in the business of arranging sexual traffic employment and sexual traffic.
From July 26, 2016 to July 28, 2016, the Defendants conspired to lease five rooms, including 417, 719, 817, 819, and 1119, in order to engage in the business of arranging commercial sex acts, and arranged commercial sex acts by arranging commercial sex acts under the pretext of half of the fees, after having each room equipped with a total of five rooms, such as mixed sea lives and dives, etc., and by employing Thailand’s nationality, sex trafficking women I (Gam J), and K (Gam L) as “N” in the commercial sex arrangement site.
2. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant introduced B to A with knowledge that he/she was trying to engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic by the method specified in paragraph (1), and aided and abetting A and abetting B’s sexual traffic brokerage business by leasing five rooms, including the above Htel Nos. 417, 719, 817, 819, and 1119, from the P Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityO, to use it as the place of sexual traffic, around June 9, 2016.
